The Law as it applies to THE PEOPLES MANDATE

 

The issue of a 'People's Mandate' relates to advancing the position that the People are Sovereign over the Parliament. The government of the day is the servant of the Sovereign People who create it. A petition by the People to the government is but a plea, and carries no weight other than to inform the government of the views of a group of people. A 'People's Mandate' is quite different in that it is a direct order or instruction from the Sovereign People to their servants, the government, to do or not to do a specific thing. A government ignores a 'Mandate' at their peril, for if a direct order from the majority of the Sovereign People in the affected area (in this case, the shire) was to be ignored, the government have ceased to be the servants of the People and have usurped power and authority not vested in them. Any government who were to commit such an act would abdicate their role as the government of the People.

'The supreme, absolute and uncontrollable authority remains with the people.' and 'The members of that body are called the "sovereign people", and every citizen is one of these people and a constituent member of the sovereignty.' Ref P286, The Annotated Constitution of the Australian Commonwealth, Quick & Garran.

 

This is a citizens initiated Peoples Mandate.  This Citizen has no affiliation to any political party whatsoever as they no longer represent the will of the Sovereign People, but rather the will of International Commercial Interests. Australia belongs to Australians, isn’t it time WE called the tune?  Don’t you think we should have the freedom of choice as to whether we want to be subject to mass medication, not just told we are going to get it whether we want it or not?  

FREEDOM is about choices and I choose the right to decide for myself based on non-commercial science.  Equally I defend the right of other people to supplement their diet with fluoride if they consider it appropriate for them but the  no choice mass medication model sets a dangerous precedent and in my opinion, and that of many, is illegal under our constitution......Graham Baillie.

AN INTERESTING OBSERVATION:

According to the 1994 issue of the Clinical Toxicology of Commercial Compounds, Fluoride is listed as having a toxicity rating (4.5) higher than that for lead (4.0) and slightly less than that of arsenic (5.0).  The scale goes from 1-6.  If fluoride is more toxic than lead, how come the standard for its presence in water is fifty times higher than that for a compound that is less toxic?  According to the Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics, third Edition, The Pharmacological action of fluoride, with the possible exception of its effect on bone, can be classified as “toxic.

 

I like to think the people we employ are smarter than that.  How come there is still a debate about adding fluoride to our water?  Can anybody smell a commercial rat here?

Send both to THE MANDATE REGISTRA, P.O.Box 5015, Torquay 4655, as soon as possible, or before, so that they can be counted and presented  as the combined will of the people of this Council District, not one at a time in dribs and drabs.  

A new MANDATE form (2) is required for each individual adult who is an Australian Citizen, of voting age and who resides in the Fraser Coast Regional Council District.
