LOCALITY INFORMATION: If you are coming down the A1 take the Nambour, Bli Bli, Mudjimbah exit and proceed into Nambour.
Once you are heading into Nambour there is no need to turn off of this road until you get to us. Proceed through two sets of lights, the second set will be at the Nambour Hospital.
Proceed through along the Nambour-Mapleton road for approximately another kilometer and a half and you will come to the little Nambour Heights shopping centre (You will see a Pharmacy sign on the awning of a building, this is the beginning of the shopping centre).
Approximately 250 metres past the shopping centre and on the opposite side of the road is 136 Crescent Place, so named because you have to turn into Crescent Drive to gain access to the Intergrated Health Centre. The building is large and is easily identified by a very large 136 on the concrete wall at the corner of the property. Crescent drive as the name suggests is a crescent and also comes out opposite the little shopping centre. Don’t take the road opposite the shopping centre, proceed along further until you see the big 136 Crescent Place Integrated Health Centre which is easily identifiable.

LOCALITY INFORMATION: In Brisbane we conduct clinics at Body Perceptions Physiotherapy which is above the Woolworths complex (Spring Hill Market Place) at the northern end of Turbot Street in Spring Hill.
The building (#367) is on the corner of Turbot and Boundary Streets and can be accessed from the north from Ann Street into Boundary street. Turn into Perry Lane beside the building, it is found first left just through the first set of lights after you enter Boundary Street.
Can also be accessed from Turbot Street from the south (watch for the off ramp, stay on the right hand side, there is a Woolworths sign above the entrance). If you miss the off ramp you can easily do a loop over Boundary and into Ann street (stick to the right lane) and access via Boundary Street and Perry Lane as above.
There is usually plenty of undercover parking under the complex. Just take the lift to Level 1 and Body Perceptions are just to the right as you leave the lift.

The Corporate Business Centre is located two doors south of CUSTOMS HOUSE on the river in Quay Street. It in the second block down stream of the old bridge on the northern end of Quay Street. If you are coming into Rockhampton from the Gladstone side you can turn right into Denham, right at Bolsover or East, left into William and left into Quay Street and you will find the Corporate Business Centre about half way up the block.
Coming in from the north you could turn left into Bolsover after the bridge, left into Cambridge and right into Victoria Parade which goes along the river under the old bridge onto Quay Street. Go on down about a block and a half and you will find the centre just two doors past Customs House.
